High Risk Training Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to facilitate high-risk training and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-risk operations training and conduct assessments
- Provide Fortescue-specific training and assessments, including verification of competency evaluations
- Maintain accurate and compliant training records, including digital matrices for personnel
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail. A hands-on approach to teamwork, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Qualifications and Experience:- Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation
- Proven experience and expertise in specific high-risk areas
- Solid knowledge and understanding of mining practices and technical systems
Licensed to train dogging, crane operation, elevated work platform, and working at heights.
