Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor with substantial High Risk Training experience to join our team. As part of this exciting time at Fortescue, you will provide the Training and Assessing requirements to our site teams.

  • Facilitation of High Risk Operations Training and Assessing
  • Delivery of Fortescue specific Training and Assessments including Verification of Competency Assessments
  • Maintain accurate and compliant training records, including digital training matrices for personnel, to ensure needs are met
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
  • WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation
  • Proven experience and specialist skills in the specific high-risk work areas being taught
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Mining practices and technical systems with the ability to train content in a professional manner
  • Licensed to train and deliver
