About the Position

We are seeking a qualified professional to provide training and assessing requirements for our site teams. This role will involve facilitating High Risk Operations Training and Assessing, as well as delivering Fortescue specific Training and Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and assessing personnel in high-risk work areas
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant training records
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision
  • Well-organized time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on teamwork approach with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation
  • Proven experience and specialist skills in high-risk work areas
  • Sound knowledge of Mining practices and technical systems
  • Licensed to train in Dogging (DG), HRWL Crane (CN/CV), Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and Working at Heights (NUOC)
  • SAP/LMS experience an advantage
