Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team. This role will involve providing high-risk operations training and assessing services to our site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Facilitate high-risk operations training and assessment programs">
  • Deliver Fortescue-specific training and assessments, including verification of competency assessments">
  • Maintain accurate and compliant training records, including digital training matrices for personnel">
  • Demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision">
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail">
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ">
  • Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment">
  • WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation">
  • Proven experience and specialist skills in high-risk work areas">
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of mining practices and technical systems">
  • Licensed to train and deliver Dogging (DG), Crane (CN/CV), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Working at Heights (NUOC), Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing (NUOC)">
  • SAP/LMS experience highly regarded">
