As a key player in shaping the future of travel, you'll leverage your creativity and strategic thinking to drive business growth.

The Opportunity

You will identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and deliver effective account management across a diverse portfolio.

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on acquiring and retaining corporate clients, government agencies, industry associations, and relocation service providers.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve annual targets, KPIs, and monthly forecasted revenue for defined portfolios of accounts.
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts through regular engagement, tailored proposals, and solutions that meet client needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, hospitality management, or sales, combined with experience in B2B sales from within the hospitality, travel, or accommodation sector.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and managing corporate contracts, with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of the procurement process.
