**The role**

This is an exciting new position for a motivated ICT professional to be our dedicated first point of contact for all related matters and supporting our nationwide team. The role will encompass a balance of reactive and proactive tasks on a daily basis, whilst also coaching and developing some internal capability to self-troubleshoot for a more efficient and capable workforce that you will be supporting. The role carries a wealth of flexibility to someone’s personal needs and the working hours are flexible upon understanding your situation.

**The successful incumbent will ideally need to demonstrate as much of the following as possible**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience desktop support in a multitenant environment
- MS Entra ID and MS Intune device management and administration experience
- MS Intune packaging and policy creation
- MS Exchange and SharePoint administration and policy creation
- MS Windows 10/11 Support
- Experience in MS Powershell is desirable
- Broad understanding of wide area networks and network support
- Ability to troubleshoot and understand customer needs
- Vendor management skills are desirable
- Broad understanding of PaaS, IaaS and SaaS.

**Personal Competencies**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
- Any recognised ICT qualifications or accreditations
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Great attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
