Group Painting Specialist

This is a newly created position as our new Group Painter on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform routine paint touch up tasks, paint projects, and ensure to complete works in a secure, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify where touch-up painting needs to be completed.
- Carry out reviews to the facility's infrastructure to program and complete painting through various aged care locations.
- Ensure that the facility complies with all safety regulations and standards, including fire safety, accessibility, and building codes.
- Manage and maintain equipment relating to this role to ensure they are properly functioning and safe.
- Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers as needed for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and develop continuously from feedback provided by residents and managers.
