Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and match paint to meet specific Job Sheet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles using established processes.
  • Ensure vehicles are thoroughly buffed and denibbed.
  • Carefully handle all vehicles to prevent damage.
  • Identify any additional paintwork required beyond the quoted scope.
  • Report any old damage or subpar previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work bay and workshop area.

About You:

  • Trade-qualified Spray Painter with a strong commitment to safety.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a trade-qualified Spray Painter.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ownership of necessary tools to perform the role effectively.
