About This Job

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality paintwork.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in painting, with experience working with various vehicles and paint systems. They will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about their work and willing to continuously learn and improve their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours after preparation and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain colour libraries.
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements and paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles.
  • Carefully handle all vehicles.
  • Note any extra paintwork required beyond quotes.
  • Report old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Clean work bays and workshop areas.
  • Coach apprentices when required.
