About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
  • Resource Management: Oversee and optimize the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Budget Management: Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits to maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations.
