About the Role
\As a Project Engineer at SHAPE Australia, you will play a critical role in achieving project delivery goals. You will have the opportunity to work with your team to manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to defect liability and handover. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering projects according to building specifications and standards.\
- Managing contractual requirements and negotiations with subcontractors.\
- Coordinating tender interviews and contract lettings.\
- Overseeing project delivery systems and ensuring compliance with EHSQ principles.\
- Supporting financial management and generating detailed construction programs.\
Your Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant degree or diploma in building-related fields or a trade background.\
- Experience working as a principal contractor in a similar capacity.\
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.\
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships.\
- Knowledge of project management principles within the construction industry.\
- An understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability.\
- Sound knowledge of EHSQ principles.\
- Flexibility and adaptability.\
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.\
