**Job Title:** Project Director - Precast Concrete Construction

**Location:** Northern Territory, Australia

As a Project Director at EV Consulting Global, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery of our precast concrete construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects that leave a lasting impact on the Northern Territory and beyond.

**About the Role:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee and optimize the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations through regular site visits and inspections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.

**Estimated Salary:** AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
