Job Summary

RPS Group is seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead to join our team in Alice Springs on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in delivering large complex projects for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals. Your expertise in contract administration, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Professional qualifications in project management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, contract administration, and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
