As a Scheduling Officer, you will bring your experience to this role to ensure our staff continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes in the community.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Scheduling experience using an electronic data management system.
- Prior scheduling experience in Procura or Alayacare is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Self-management with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment.
- Highly effective customer service skills.
- Developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups.
- A friendly and flexible attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Commitment to error-free administration, with attention-to-detail, even when tasks become routine.
- Initiative and ability to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and requirements.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity on a full-time basis. The hours for the role are on a rotating roster Monday to Friday, with an earliest start of 6:00 am and a latest finish of 5:00 pm.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENCE.
- NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE.
