We are seeking an experienced HR and Regional Centre of Excellence Manager to lead our Australia operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring the secure, stable, and efficient delivery of recruitment, payroll, and HR administration, enabling more time for HR operations and business needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in:

  • Attracting and retaining top talent through best-in-class employer branding and compensation packages.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to upskill and reskill employees to meet future business needs.
  • Delivering best-in-class HR administration and payroll supported by automation and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvements and embedding an agile work culture within the organization.

As an HR and Regional Centre of Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  3. Providing guidance and support to employees to ensure seamless HR processes.
