**Description**:
The Opportunity

The Regional HR Business Partner is a true generalist role where no two days are the same Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner you will be working with our West Australian business in driving strategic people management objectives and will act as a trusted partner in providing advice on all HR matters within your portfolio

With a focus on Onsite's core values you will collaborate with business stakeholders managing the employee life cycle end
- to end with a focus on the following
- Assisting in identifying training and development needs and working with the Learning team on effective business solutions
- Ensuring compliance with Onsite's polices and ensure best practice in HR processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution strategies
- Assist in the analysis of HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and present data driven recommendations

This position will be based at our Regional Head office in Wangara and will be required to travel to remote and regional locations on a as needs basis.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Relevant tertiary degree in Human Resources
- A minimum of 5 years HR experience supporting a business unit greater than 50 employees
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal regulations
- Ability to build relationships quickly and be a trusted partner
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using ELMO will be an added advantage but not essential
