Regional HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to join our global business, supporting four entities with approximately 300 full-time employees.

The role has a strong focus on generalist operations and offers the opportunity to drive leadership transformation and roll out newly accredited policies and procedures.

  • Provide operational guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across four geographical locations
  • Assist in the roll out of newly ISO accredited policies and procedures across the organization
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders through various channels, exploring and discussing process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives for stronger collaboration, participation and cross pollination
  • Organize and prioritize project milestones effectively and efficiently, evaluating financial implications and making recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of IR policies, agreements, negotiations and internal guidelines across four geographical areas and appropriate jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
  • Prior Generalist HR Management experience, ideally within a regional capacity
  • Exposure to either Technology or Oil & Gas industry sectors
  • Awareness of APAC, UK and American legislation and regulations
  • Excellent use of own initiative - driven and pragmatic with strong emotional intelligence
  • Resilient and approachable with strong business partnering skills
  • Proven transactional experience, with an interest in supporting operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization from entry level to executive level
  • Capacity to multitask and project manage
