**Our Client**
Rare opening for a Regional HR Manager to join this global business. They are seeking a HR Leader across their four entities with approximately 300 FTE. This role has a strong focus within generalist operations but also brings the opportunity to drive leadership transformation and the roll out of newly accredited policies and procedures.

**Description**

Reporting to the Head of HR, your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Operational Generalist HR guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across their four geographical locations
- Assist in the roll out of newly ISO accredited policies and procedures across the leadership group
- Providing leadership and strategic support to the Head of HR, MD and wider executive group
- Liaise with the internal stakeholder group through a variety of channels, exploring and discussing process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for stronger collaboration, participation and cross pollination
- Organise and prioritise project milestones effectively and efficiently whilst evaluating financial implications and make necessary recommendations
- IR policy updates, agreement amendments, negotiations and internal guidance across the four geographical areas and appropriate jurisdictions

**Profile**

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
- Prior Generalist HR Management experience, ideally within a regional capacity
- Exposure to either Technology or Oil & Gas industry sectors
- Awareness of APAC, UK and American legislation and regulations
- Excellent use of own initiative - driven and pragmatic with strong EQ
- Resilient and approachable with strong business partnering skills
- Proven transactional experience, with an interest in supporting operations
- Comfortable communicating across the entirety of an organisation from entry level to the board
- Ability to multitask and project manage
