Director Support Officer/Project Officer Role Overview

This senior support position reports operationally to the Director and professionally to the Operations Manager, coordinating and managing multiple projects across a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, effective communication, and timely delivery.

About the Role
  • Support the Director in managing various state-wide services, hosted by Metro South Health.
  • Coordinate and implement operational plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Operational planning: Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and goals.
  3. Stakeholder engagement: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, managers, and staff members.
