Pioneering Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior GTM Manager to lead and evolve our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive sales growth and transform the customer experience by creating and delivering GTM initiatives that prioritize activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM stream leads, business units, and external partners to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive GTM plans for presentation to senior leaders and Steerco for approval.
- Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking deliverables, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
- Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steerco, engaging relevant leads and ensuring coordinated execution.
- Create and deliver Enterprise & Mid-Market GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM stream leads, business units, and external partners.
- Develop comprehensive GTM plans.
- Manage the delivery into market and channel.
- Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steerco.
