As a Beachside Hospitality Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across various departments, including Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. Your exceptional service skills, combined with your genuine care for guests, will shine through in every interaction.

  • Clean guest rooms to an exceptional standard, paying attention to detail and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Utilize cleaning materials and chemicals safely, adhering to protocols to maintain a secure environment.
  • Offer personalized food and beverage suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Proactively expand your product knowledge to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Serve as a go-to source for information on local attractions and hidden gems.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is highly valued.
  • Hold a valid RSA or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible rotating schedules, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and positivity in the face of challenges are required.
