Room Attendant Role

The George Williams Hotel is recruiting dynamic Room Attendants on a Casual basis to join our team located in Brisbane CBD.

About The Role:

  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Understand and adhere to security measures and procedures at all times.
  • Perform daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
  • Identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven commitment to delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by business needs.
