Room Attendant Position

This entry-level role involves maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas in a hotel setting.

About the Role
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Good understanding of security measures and procedures
  • Undertake daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices
  • Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements
