Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Management Professional.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Manager to lead the upkeep and operational efficiency of our property. This role involves overseeing all building, plant, and equipment maintenance across the property, ensuring that facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all maintenance activities, including preventative and reactive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordination of contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Leadership of a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
