About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our store operations in Central CBD and Inner Melbourne area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site or regional retail operations and possess outstanding leadership, communication, and planning skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering store operating profit budgets, leading a team of Store Managers, and recruiting and developing the right people for the team. They will also analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, monitor and control store expense lines within agreed budgets, and ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores.
