About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Office All Rounder to join our team in Parramatta. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, following up overdue payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and arrange payments in MYOB
- Take calls and assist clients with enquiries
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end procedures
- Accurately enter data into the system
- Provide administrative support to the team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an 'all-round' accounts role
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience using MYOB and MS Excel
