About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in a key accounts-focused role. Based in Parramatta, this position offers a stable and secure industry environment with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices into MYOB, follow up on overdue payments and arrange settlements - proficiency in MYOB is essential
  • Take calls and assist clients with inquiries, often transferring to relevant team members or responding via email
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist the accountant with month-end procedures
  • Accurately enter data into the system
  • Support the team with administrative duties, meet and greet clients
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an all-round accounts role with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable and bookkeeping tasks
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with good phone etiquette and professional email correspondence
  • A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using MYOB
