The role involves overseeing core accounting processes for clients, including preparing monthly financial statements, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, and submitting relevant taxes.

An overview of responsibilities includes:

  • Providing financial administration support
  • Preparing Business Activity Statements
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with month-end reporting
  • Offering general team support

To succeed in this role, candidates will need:

  • Experience with Xero and MYOB is essential
  • Xperience with SAP and Netsuite is preferred
  • At least three years' experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Self-motivation and strong communication skills
