The Opportunity:As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide exceptional service to financial adviser clients across Australia.
You will leverage your understanding of industry products, combined with strong financial planning knowledge and business acumen, to help clients achieve their goals.
This role requires regular visits to our Sydney Office, specifically 3 days per week at our Barangaroo office. The position reports directly to our Customer Experience Manager, Adviser Software.
