Our goal is to create a positive living environment for residents. As an Activities Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing therapeutic plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.

Therapeutic Plans

Therapeutic plans are developed and implemented in collaboration with residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team. Your focus will be on empowering residents to engage in leisure and lifestyle activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development of therapeutic plans
  • Supporting residents in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities
  • Collaborating with staff and volunteers to provide high-quality programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care or supporting residents with dementia
  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
