Leisure Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Leisure Program Coordinator to empower and engage our residents in their leisure and lifestyle choices. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and assessing therapeutic plans that cater to the individual needs and wants of our residents. They will work closely with staff and volunteers to provide high-quality leisure and lifestyle programs that promote resident participation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to leisure and lifestyle programs
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
