Leisure Program Coordinators

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Leisure Program Coordinators. This role involves facilitating the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic plans that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care or supporting residents with dementia. A Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle, or equivalent experience, is highly regarded.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality leisure and lifestyle programs that promote customer wellbeing. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are essential for success in this role.
