Empowering Resident Participation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of therapeutic plans that support resident well-being.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in empowering residents to maximize their participation in leisure and lifestyle programs, promoting engagement and inclusion.

  • Develop and assess therapeutic plans to enhance resident quality of life
  • Support residents in selecting and engaging with leisure and lifestyle activities
  • Foster collaboration among staff and volunteers to provide high-quality programs

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in aged care or supporting residents with dementia
  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to design and deliver innovative leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

  • Agreement for Police Check
