We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recovery at Work Business Partner to join our team at Eastern Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance to support injured or unwell employees to recover at work.

About the Role

  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees to recover at work, based on evidence-based models of recovery.
  • Oversee the Recovery at Work process within an allocated portfolio, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance the overall Recovery at Work program.
  • Lead and support our Return-to-Work Coordinators to implement our Recovery at Work Framework and build the capabilities and knowledge of managers and supervisors.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in return to work, worker's compensation or occupational rehabilitation work.
  • Graduate or post graduate qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology.
  • Experience in having complex and difficult conversations.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • A strong commitment to high quality care.
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team.
