
Strategic Partner Liaison

This role involves developing strong relationships with partners, participating in sales activities and negotiations. The specialist collaborates on partner account plans, monitors performance metrics, and provides insights to improve sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the expert for partners regarding organization offerings, promotions, and configuration.
- Establish connections with partners at various organizational levels to strengthen collaboration and align business objectives.
- Collaborate with seniors to develop and maintain partner account plans to promote sales growth.
- Participate in sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations alongside more experienced team members.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and report findings to higher-level sales representatives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sales reports and documentation to track sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth partner interactions and sales processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights.
- Assist in resolving minor conflicts or issues between partners and the organization.
A four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
