What will your typical day look like?
As a Finance Liaison Partner, you will: Play a pivotal role in driving financial success across the real estate business segments.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives, while effectively managing transformation initiatives within various segments.
Your ability to partner with clients and offer strategic insights will be essential.
About the team Operate is one of our Four at the Core pillars driving forward our transformation agenda.
Operate sees us run, maintain and enhance our clients existing services on a recurring basis.
Using Operate services, we transform conventional approaches for operating critical processes, infrastructure, platforms and applications.
By applying the right mix of Deloitte tech, intellectual property, talent and capacity, we help organisations embed continuous advantage through new outcome-oriented solutions that deliver enhanced business value.
Deloitte has established an Operate Centre of Excellence for the Asia Pacific region, primarily led from Australia.
The COE aim is to deliver top-tier Operate capability support, catering not only to Australia but also to other markets across the region.
The Transition Capability lead will be a part of this team and support Deloitte member firms with sales and delivery of Operate engagements in the region.

You are someone with: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial control with minimum 5 years with proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial and management reports to stakeholders.
Skilled in analysing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve segment performance.
Ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and offshore teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
Experienced in leading transformation efforts within segments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives Why Deloitte?
