Customer Satisfaction Specialist Job Overview

This role is a critical component in driving branch success. We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us at our Gepps Cross location.

Key Responsibilities

- Internal sales procedures and counter service to valued customers
- Answering and processing of telephone enquiries and orders
- Administration procedures to support sales processing including processing customer sales orders and credit returns
- Coordination of daily deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with MS Office Applications.
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.

Daily Activities

Internal Sales Procedures: Provide exceptional customer service through internal sales procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales orders.
Counter Service: Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for valued customers, providing prompt assistance with inquiries and sales transactions.
Administration: Process customer sales orders and credit returns efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless sales processing and minimizing errors.
