About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our dealership operations at Fuso Adelaide. This is a great opportunity for a current Fixed Operations Manager looking to step up into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing our service and parts departments while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

As Branch Manager, you will drive dealership performance, enhance profitability, and foster a high-performing team culture. Your role will focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong safety-first environment. With the support of Velocity Truck Centres Australia, you'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamline operations, and align activities with our core values of Speed, Value, and Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage dealership operations with a strong focus on service and parts.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Coach, develop, and empower employees to foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Success in this role requires:
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams within either a service or parts department.
  • Experience in a similar operational management role, ideally within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive profitability.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
  • A commitment to safety and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and dealer management systems.
