The Role of Customer Experience ManagerThis position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Increase penetration with existing customers and grow wallet share
- Manage and oversee call management and order processing functions
- Contribute to improvements for ERP & CRM systems
- Continually enhance customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Develop and implement training plans
- Oversee complaint management
- Maintain an overview of sales orders and inbox
- Liaise between sales teams and operations
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain daily phone operations, including call queues
- Conduct outbound calls to nurture existing customers
- Follow up on quotes and ensure team members meet KPIs
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused approach
- Purpose in streamlining processes and implementing improvements
- Highly organized
- Proven reliability, accountability, and punctuality
- A strong team player
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management
- Experience leading a team of 5+ people
- Familiarity with Lean principles (desired)
