Revenue Clerk Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Clerk to support our state government emergency service in Australia. This role is responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling data entry with high accuracy, and utilizing computer systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone or written correspondence, ensuring smooth and efficient communication even during stressful situations.
  • Accurately input data into the Ambulance Patient Health Care Records System.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and various systems effectively to manage information.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful and emotional situations while staying motivated and positive.
  • Aptitude for data entry with attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Candidates should be comfortable using a variety of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required, with advanced skills being an advantage.
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
