The Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile retailer to join our team as an Associate Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the management team to lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver great in-store customer experiences and achieve business success.

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with your Store Manager to deliver store results
  • Leading by example and role-modeling desired leadership behaviors for your team
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching the team to work towards both personal and business goals
  • Leading Back of House and sales teams to ensure efficiency in process and operations
  • Problem-solving and providing solutions
  • Analyzing reports and providing recommendations on how to grow the store in line with our vision
  • Proactively approaching loss prevention and partnering with visual merchandising teams to make commercial-based decisions regarding stock presentation and placement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' management experience in a flagship retail environment
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Learned experience in successfully driving and exceeding set KPIs
  • Experience in effectively managing rosters and wage control
  • Experience using financial reports or data in operations/decision making
  • Elevated levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, tasks, and overall expectations
