At Novotel, we're looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by explaining menus, assisting with special dietary needs, and recommending beverages
  • Engaging with guests during breakfast and dinner service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
  • Serving drinks from the bar or delivering to tables, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Delivering room service orders, ordering and delivering food and beverage orders, and liaising with the kitchen on special requests
  • Clearing and resetting tables, ensuring service areas are clean and tidy, and assisting with conference and events

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strive for Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Initiative to ensure positive and efficient interactions with customers
  • Your RSA Certificate and previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Confidence in liaising with internal and external clients, a high standard of grooming and presentation, and the ability to work various rostered shifts
