Civil Projects Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and administration of contracts throughout the lifecycle of civil engineering projects.
- Manage the contracting process with new clients in collaboration with the Commercial Team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain processes for creating projects, including setting up SharePoint files and ensuring contracts are signed and stored correctly.
- Monitor project processes to identify shortfalls and develop robust procedures for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract execution, managing contractual obligations and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, building trust and rapport through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in scope, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration and project management within the civil engineering and construction industry.
- Familiarity with contract management software systems and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
