We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist to join our team as an Alternate Workers' Compensation Programs Specialist.

In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in exploring available large employer premium arrangements within the Australian workers compensation market.

Your expertise will enable you to provide sound governance and ongoing due diligence, ensuring that clients make informed decisions about their workers compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead feasibility assessments and strategic planning for client workers compensation programs
  • Advise clients on eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements for all available large employer alternate workers compensation WC arrangements
  • Enhance tailored roadmaps including financial modeling, preparedness assessments, and application support
  • Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations
  • Provide ongoing advisory support for clients insured under all available large employer arrangements including claims governance, reporting, and audit readiness

About You

  • Strong technical claims, premium, and self-insurance expertise across all Australasian jurisdictions
  • Experience working across different large employer premium arrangements
  • Experience consulting with jurisdictional workers compensation and safety regulators
  • Growth mindset with experience in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
