Senior Global Compensation Strategist

As a Senior Global Compensation Strategist, you will lead and optimize global compensation processes to drive client success and regional growth.
- Oversight of monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting.
- Engagement in strategic client meetings, support onboarding, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to expanding services and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of expertise in employment tax, payroll, and related fields gained through roles in professional services or internal HR/tax/finance teams.
Familiarity with automation technologies is desirable but not essential.
This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
