**Property Development Role in Sydney
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an Australian developer with a proven track record of delivering high-end developments across Australia and overseas.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Assistant to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience working in property development, preferably in a junior architect or project management role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO and other teams with diary management, preparing meeting papers and presentations, and assisting with development and project management tasks.
In addition to these duties, you will also be responsible for overseeing and running the office, including liaising with service providers and suppliers.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from planning and organizing bespoke events to managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and administration skills, as well as a natural affinity for Northwest Sydney. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Our company offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We are committed to providing ongoing training and mentorship to ensure your success in this role.
