We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Fulfillment Operations team as an Operations Manager.

This role offers immense opportunities for innovation and growth within the Amazon network, inspiring teams to deliver their best work while planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with those of the business.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating process improvement projects to streamline activities for yourself and your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards and promoting a positive culture on-site.
  • Collecting timely data and updating operations metrics hourly.
  • Achieving productivity targets, reducing costs, eliminating errors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with support teams on staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels.
  • Implementing process change and contributing to Six Sigma initiatives across sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in innovative logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to establish and carry out root cause analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
