
Culture and Talent Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic workforce initiatives. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on attracting, retaining and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Executive team to develop and implement staff engagement and development strategies that align with the school's purpose and vision.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports the school's values while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Play a key role in recruitment and provide guidance on HR matters to staff and leadership.
- Provide timely support to the Principal and other Executive leaders on critical HR matters as they arise.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with all stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
