  • Collaborate with finance on workforce planning to accurately forecast future headcount allowing you to create a strong pipeline of talent
  • Manage and improve the recruitment system and processes for efficient and transparent recruitment workflows

  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and foster a strong DEI focused talent pipeline
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
  • Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends, skill gaps, and areas for improvement based on data analysis

Who are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the engineering and/or professional services industry
  • Track record of scaling teams in a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset – you're not afraid to get in the weeds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in identifying and evaluating candidates to ensure role fit and alignment with company culture
  • Comfortable with change and able to pivot priorities to meet evolving business needs
  • A drive to continually improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies
