Key Partnership Role

The Senior Partner Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of enterprise partners by providing them with efficient onboarding, escalation, and deployment processes. This involves reviewing partner requests, aligning teams on requirements, and driving cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customers' vision, products, and objectives, as well as the ability to anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to lead business reviews and large group meetings, and have baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware.

This is a fast-paced startup environment that requires the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams, multitask with a sense of urgency, and prioritize workflows dedicated to partner development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set the standard for how Amazon works with partners, interpret their needs, and prioritize workflows dedicated to partner development.
  • Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives.
  • Anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points.
  • Identify and execute on revenue maximizing opportunities for both the partner and eero.
  • Own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Define and coordinate partners' program requirements, including project management of non-standard partner needs.
  • Coordinate product training and on-boarding of new partners.
  • Accelerate partner deployments by identifying and facilitating expansion opportunities.
